Would like to date assertive muscle women!

I'm not exactly a serious bodybuilder. I do lift weights, but I haven't been that good at it though. I am serious about finding someone on here that can help me on finding a good workout routine and possibly a relationship as well. I have lifted weights for only a few years, but I didn't seriously get into it until a couple months ago. My routine as it is, is that I walk on the tredmill everyday of the week for 3 miles an hour for one hour a day and for four days of the week I lift weights for an hour. For two days I work on my upper body and for the other two day's I work on my lowerbody.
