My life is a rose garden care to take a walk:)

I have found over the years that the only way I have ever been able to get the weight off and keep it off is with weights. Right now I have lost over 200 lbs and have still about the same to loose. I do bodybuilding off and on for over thirty years I started on a alfalfa farm at the age of about 10 bucking 50 to 80 pound bail over my head into the back of my dads flat bed truck and being about 5`3" then & about 100 lbs it built me up fast. I have found that it is the best way for me to stay fit
